Couple's cozy escape
The host Nikki made sure our stay was special with a homemade loaf from her mother that was just very nice. Plus, we had fresh eggs and bacon every morning cooked to order which made it feel like home.
It wasn’t overly pricey but still reasonable for what we got.

The rural setting was absolutely stunning, and we loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. It was a great base for our visit to Belvoir Castle, which was just a short walk away. We appreciated having a clean, roomy annex and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, overlooking the fields. Plus, our hosts made us feel very welcome during our stay.

Staying at The Paddock was such a delightful experience! Nicky and her family made us feel right at home. The beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing. We had a cozy double room with a small seating area outside, and the kitchen facilities gave us the flexibility to self-cater. The hot tub was blissful, especially after a long day exploring nearby attractions like Belvoir Castle. We enjoyed a lovely pub meal at the Windmill in the nearby village, thanks to Nicky's recommendations. Only downside was the shower pump's noise, which was a bit disruptive. But apart from that, we had a truly wonderful stay. Very pet-friendly too, which was a plus for us! Would love to return.

Perfect Base for a Family Getaway
We had an amazing stay set amidst stunning gardens and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Nicky and her family made us feel incredibly welcome, providing everything we needed for a self-catering experience. Our kids loved the trampoline and swings, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a day of exploring. Just a short drive to Belvoir Castle and the local pub for a nice meal made it all the better!
